Fabricated from ultra-fine medical-grade stainless steel wire, the minimum wire diameter of these springs reaches 0.03 mm. They deliver accurately controllable elastic force within confined spaces, ensuring flexible and precise operation of surgical tools. In particular, the integrated spring assemblies developed for single-port laparoscopic surgical instruments maintain stable performance after over 100,000 reciprocating fatigue tests, effectively solving the problem of precision degradation of minimally invasive devices after long-term use.

For life support equipment, we presented core components such as pressure regulating springs for ventilators, flow control springs for infusion pumps, push rod springs for syringes and electrode springs for defibrillators. These parts are critical to patient life safety and demand exceptional consistency and stability of elastic force. Through optimized structural design and production processes, Yisen controls the spring force tolerance within ±3%, enabling life support equipment to execute therapeutic commands accurately. For example, the valve springs applied in high-precision infusion pumps maintain constant pressure during prolonged continuous operation, keeping the infusion flow error below ±1% and delivering reliable support for clinical treatment.

In terms of in vitro diagnostics and medical imaging equipment, our exhibits include elastic pressure plates for CT scanner detectors, sampling needle springs for hematology analyzers, hot lid springs for PCR instruments and reagent needle springs for biochemistry analyzers. These springs must sustain stable performance amid complex chemical environments and frequent reciprocating movements, without causing any contamination to test samples. Adopting specialized surface passivation treatment, our products feature enhanced corrosion resistance and excellent biocompatibility, guaranteeing accurate and reliable test results.

Furthermore, Yisen displayed supporting spring assemblies for implantable and interventional medical devices, including internal springs for cardiac pacemakers, delivery system springs for vascular stents and drive springs for insulin pumps. Manufactured from premium materials such as medical titanium alloy and cobalt-chromium alloy, these products have undergone strict biocompatibility assessments and long-term implantation stability verification, allowing for safe long-term use inside the human body.
